Terms of Service
These Terms set out the conditions for using the mobile game Cosmo Merge (the "App"), provided by DOREMI K.K. ("we", "us"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
1. License
We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. In-app currency and items
- The in-app currency "Star Drops" and in-app items can be used only within the App and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other thing of value.
- Purchased in-app currency and items are non-refundable, except where required by law or provided for under Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions or Google Play's Terms of Service.
- Deleting the App or ceasing to use it forfeits your in-app currency and items. Non-consumable items can be restored with "Restore Purchases".
3. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- modify or reverse engineer the App, or submit scores by improper means;
- interfere with the operation of the App; or
- act in violation of law or public order and morals.
4. Intellectual property
Copyright and all other intellectual property rights in the App belong to us or to the respective rights holders.
5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
- We are not liable for damages arising from changes to the App or from suspension or termination of its provision, except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
- Save data is stored only on your device. We have no obligation to restore data lost through device failure, deletion of the App, or similar causes.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in connection with the App during the preceding 12 months.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
6. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms where we consider it necessary. If a material change is made, we will announce it on this page.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
