FAQ

My purchase isn't showing up / I switched devices

Try "Shop" → "Restore Purchases" in the app. Non-consumable items such as Premium can be restored for free as long as you're signed in with the same Apple Account.

No sound

Check that "Settings" → "Sound" is ON in the app. If your device volume is at zero, you won't hear anything either.

Notifications aren't arriving

Turn ON "Settings" → "Notifications" in the app, then make sure iOS Settings → Cosmo Merge → Notifications is allowed.

Where is my save data stored?

Your save data is stored only on your device. If you delete the app, your save data is deleted with it — please be careful.

What happens to my Star Drops (coins) if I delete the app?

Your Star Drops balance is part of your save data and lives only on your device. Deleting the app erases it — including purchased coins — and "Restore Purchases" will not bring it back (per Apple's policy, consumable items are not restorable). Only Premium (ad-free + a bonus theme) can be restored. Please check your balance before deleting the app.
